Jane has over 20 years’ experience in construction and infrastructure, as well as government advisory. She specialises in conventionally-funded government major projects and procurement, commercial development, transport and energy.
She has experience in all forms of construction and infrastructure procurement (PPP, D&C, DBOM and O&M), collaborative models (alliancing, ECI, framework agreements and delivery partner) and consultancy arrangements.
Jane works with government clients to structure their approaches to market, and gives tendering and probity advice. She is regularly asked to peer review delivery models and project documentation, and to investigate probity compliance. Jane has also worked with government agencies to develop and implement supply and procurement policies.
In the renewable energy sector, she advises developers, contractors, generators and government agencies. Jane is a member of Corrs' Board and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
