How do we mitigate climate change without talking about it?

How do we mitigate climate change without talking about it?

Wednesday, 15 April 2015 - 11:00am to 12:00pm

Our HOT SEATS are the College-internal seminars, where the speakers are presenting a more personal view of current affairs and talk about their own biography. Closed meeting. Chatham House Rule.

Talking points:

  • Science seems to agree on a need for zero carbon economies by 2050
  • How do we back-cast from there and define the journey?
  • ‘Climate change’ has not worked as a driver for broad, lasting community support for an inevitable task? Why?
